ACDC Lane – lane in Melbourne.
This is a short lane in the central business area of the city from which AC/DC hail. It was originally called Corporation Lane, but was renamed on October 1, 2004 after a unanimous decision by the local council. Incidentally, the trademark lightning flash was omitted, as it contravened the naming policy of the Office Of The Registrar Of Geographic Names. Appropriately, a rock bar called Cherry's is in the Lane.
